Hi, I’m Billy Blackwell and I have been a member of the Panhandle Bass Club since mid 2003. I have been bass fishing   since I was a kid.  My largest bass ever was 10.5 pounds. I have a Ranger boat ( 519 SVS )(Future boat Ranger Z21) I work at Blackwell heating and air. I enjoy hunting and things   with the family.
