Fish off rules
Effective Date 10-05-2010
Eligibility:
No member will be allowed to participate in the Fish Off with
out having participated
In at least
eight (8) of the previous twelve (12) tournaments (current fish off does not count
toward the 8 previous tournaments required). All members eligible to participate and participating
in the fish off must Make additional contributions of $11.25 for each tournament
less than 12 fished, plus the regular tournament fee.
1.
This annual tournament
will be held in October in conjunction with the regular club tournament.
2.
Normal tournament
rules will apply.
3.
The Fish-off will
be a Friday and Saturday tournament to allow for extended travel.
4.
There will be two
(2) payouts in the October tournament. The regular club tournament and the
fish off pay which will include all moneys earmarked from the regular monthly
tournaments and a draw down of the club treasure.
5.
After the September tournament, the E-Board
will meet to review the club treasure. They will set aside enough money from
the general fund to pay all existing expenses, and anticipated expenses for
the remainder of the year to include banquet and awards for year-end. To those
anticipated expenses they will add a $150.00 budget allowance to maintain
in the club treasury.
All remaining moneys will then be
added to the fish off pot.
6. Pay out will pay
5 places if the fish off pot is less than $500.00 as follows.

over $500.00 as follows.

Fish-off SOP:
Fish-off site selection will be
plugged in by the tournament committee; however, the nominations
for a travel tournament will be opened in October and continued in November.
The sites will be reviewed and voted
on at the December meeting with a simple majority vote deciding the final
site. The tournament will be held on Friday & Saturday with a 4 p.m. weigh-in
both days.
When a fish off site is selected
by the club, the member submitting the winning nomination will be the liaison
between the club and the winning site. He will handle all logistical information , rooms and everything about the location where
the tournament is to be held.

a ten-hour drive of Pensacola
Presented complete
with landing information, lodging and any fishing reports for making a good
decision for the membership.
