2010 Meeting Called to Order at: 6:30 pm Secretary Report: Read and accepted Treasurers Report: Read and accepted Old Business: ·
8 tournaments and 6 from your boat needed for Classic qualification.
All back pay of FO fees due in Sept! ·
Reviewed FO fees due through July by person to minimize confusion. ·
Reviewed process for amendment changes- E-Mail current rule
and change proposed to Secretary prior to meeting if possible. ·
Mentioned officer nominations. Charles Loyed for Secretary
and Rich hardy for Tournament Director. ·
If interested in an alt. banquet site, due your research and
make the proposal to membership. ·
Membership voted to accept a banquet date of December 11th
(based on availability) New Business: ·
Wayne announced that John Stafford resigned in good standing. ·
Membership voted to continue with the Golf Ball Draw following
tournament weigh ins. ·
Wayne Reviewed room assignments for the Classic. Made adjustments as needed. ·
The 50/50 draw was won by Ron Fairbanks and $40 went to the
club. ·

Jim Bell brought up James Hendry for potential membership. ·

The Club Raffle for the cash and Imperial Palace room donation
was won by Michelle Graham. Treasurers Report: Read and Accepted. Reminded that all FO Fees need to be made up
by the September meeting! Tournament Report: ·
Reviewed rooms for Claiborne, Royal Inn @ $40+ per room. ·
Completed Holly Creek Payoff. ·
Drew for Claiborne tournament
