" The Tackle Box " " of the Fish Police " November Fellow Panhandlers: The 2008/2009
fishing season has started. The new season brings to us new board
members and a new way of doing things. Hopefully the changes will
allow us to have more fun and better fellowship. As your new tournament
director I will insist that you know the rules pertaining to our
tournaments.

I
will be writing a monthly article to be placed in our news letter
where I will be discussing our past tournament and show casing a
tournament rule. The article will be called “ From the Tackle Box of the Fish Police
“. I ask that you assist us in our
changes, if you see a problem let us know and at the same time offer
a solution. We want all of our members to participate in making
the Panhandle Bass Club the best that it can be. I have taken the
following quote from our Constitution and ask that throughout the
year you keep this in mind. To improve our skills as bass anglers through fellowship of friendly
exchange of bass catching techniques and ideas. The Fish Police
November Tournament:
Wayne
Thomley
4.39lbs. Now for the November Tournament.
As usual we started off with a cool
nip in the air, at blast off it was 35 degrees and foggy. On a scale
of 1 to 10 I would give the tournament an 8.
Most all
caught fish but most were small except
for Wayne’s 4 pounder, but all in all it was a good tournament. A big thanks
to Chris for pulling out those that couldn’t climb the hill. We
had all 19 members fish the tournament plus 3 guest, that’s a good way
to start the year. Congratulations to Oh and by the way we have our 1st nomination for the Hammer Award. Details at the meeting. Have a good year From The Daily Planner: Any questions should be addressed to
