The July 2008 meeting
of the PANHANDLE BASS CLUB was brought to order at 6:30 p.m. on July 2nd,
2008. The meeting was held at Founaris Brothers
and was presided over by our President, Wayne Thomley. There were 19 members
present .

Business: Raffle Tickets were passed out by Fred Raby, and will need to be turned in at next month meeting.
The Club’s banquet will be on Nov. 1st at the Angus. Wayne
hopes to have more orders in the future for the Kistler
Rods and the first order has been received.
The 50/50 this month went to Rich Cornelius.

July Tournament:
The July tournament was held at Black Creek Lodge on the
Choctawhatchee, we had 16 boats for the tournament. The weather was hot
and the river high & muddy. Needless to say it was a pretty tough
day on the water.

of the tournament
Went to Rich
Hardy with a hog of a fish at 5.95 lb.
First place also went to Rich Hardy with 2 fish weighing 6.91.
Tony Boyett finished second with 3 fish weighing
3.17, and Wayne Thomley finished
third with 3 fish at 2.95 lbs. Good job guys.
