Old Business:  Overall everyone was satisfied with our Banquet, but some were not. It was noted that for Members in good standing with the Club that we should get the word out about fishing with us. Kudos again to Ken Repine for all his hard work on the Club’s  website.

The 50/50 this month went to Mack Cramer.

New Business: *** Fish-Off Site Official*** We voted and Lake Wheeler got the nod.

Due to the last minute shuffling of rooms for our Guntersville trip, Walter got stuck with extra charges to his credit card & Wayne asked if it was ok that if you wanted to pitch in and contribute to the deficit that it would be appreciated. It is only the right thing to do. The monies are used for the travel fund.

*** Hammer Award ***

Nominees are: Nobody got hit with the Hammer this month but a special thank you goes out to Charles Loyed for the use of his belly board!!!

December Tournament:

The second tournament of the new year was at Blackwater River out Carpenter’s Park, we had 23 boats for the tournament. The weather was great just a beautiful day, but the tide left some of us that wanted to run north a little   frustrated.

The word was the bite was on plastics & top-water baits.  Most Everyone caught fish.

Big Fish winner of the tournament

Went to Fred Raby a 4.95 lb and who also finished first with 3 fish weighing 10.31. John Buck finished second with 5 fish weighing 8.72, and Mack Cramer rounded out the top three with 5 fish at 7.46 lbs. Good job guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!
