Tournament Rule

 

Add 9 a.  Culling must occur after the ‘limit’ fish is boated.  Possession of more than the tournament limit in the boat at any time will result in disqualification.

 

Add #16.  A disqualification will result in forfeiture of all points for that tournament.

            Forfeiture will only apply to the day of disqualification if it occurs on a 2 day tournament.

ADD Section II

From time to time we may have the opportunity to obtain special discounts, promotions, and opportunities from various vendors.  When these are available, and anytime the club name and/or logo is used it must first:

1.        Have approval of the e-board

2.      Be offered to all club members as an equal opportunity

3.      Have an adequate provision for the club to profit from the discounted opportunity

Ad to Rule #2 under SOP (Fish Off)

When a fish off sight is selected by the club the member submitting the winning nomination will be the liaison between the club and the Winning site. He will handle all logistical info, rooms and everything about the location where the tournament is being held.

2. Potential member must be nominated by a member in good standing and MUST BE PERSONALLY KNOWN TO THE MEMBER SO NOMINATING . He will be brought up at one meeting and be voted on for membership at the next meeting.

E.     In the event of a tie for a tournament the tied fishermen will be awarded the points for the tied places then next position will be skipped. In the event of the tie being in the money positions the money will be combined and split equally between the tied. In the event of a tie at the end of the year, the following tie breaker will be used in order

The individual with the largest number of legal fish weighed in for the year.

The individual with the largest number of live fish weighed in for the year.
