Rule Change proposals:

The following rules change proposals were discussed,

1. (Art #5, section 1), put in writing that the October meeting is on a Tuesday, not Wednesday, (Const & By-laws)

2. ( Tournament Rule 4a), proposed change is to change June, July and August tournaments to a 4pm weigh-in instead of a 2pm weigh-in.

3.(Tournament rule #9), proposed change is to change the 7 fish anyway they can bump to a 5 fish mouth closed, tail pinched or fanned.

4.( Tournament rule #1)

this is a clarification of the rule that pertains to the fish-off, not the awarding of tournament points.

All rule change proposals will be read and voted on only, no discussions.
