Congratulations to the 2006 E- Board for a job well done.

Only one Proposed rule change was read and voted on for the 2006/2007 season, it was submitted by Fred Raby. It was Article 4, section 1 under the Fish-Off rules.
It was a unanimous vote. The revision will be made to the Fish-Off rules and posted on our website. It simply states that it still takes ( 8) tournaments to qualify but contributions of $12.25 will be made for each tournament less than 12 fished plus the regular tournament fee.

St.Johns River
Porky's landing & Marina
The St. Johns River was this years site for our Fish-Off. The Lodging was at Pork’s landing.
Everything the club needed was all very convenient. Everyone that brought a grill, we all thank you, we all had a good time cooking out and shooting the breeze, we all had fun.
Now, as far as catching fish goes, it turned out to be a very tough tournament, but it was a level playing field. The shrimp were in season and the locals were loading up on them, unfortunately, so were the bass, that’s what made the bite so tough. No limits were caught for the tournament. Most of the fish were caught on trick worms and top water baits, the bite was slow and a lot of water was covered to get them, and some did just that.
The “Booray” pot was finally won, on day one, Rich Cornelius had a stud that weighed 5.32, but as it turned out, it wasn’t studly enough.
On day two, Mack Cramer came in with a 5.97, once again taking the “Booray” pot. Congratulations to Mack, lucky ( ).
For the tournament payout, Lee Brannon took first place with 6 fish weighing in at 10.92 lbs,
Rich Cornelius finished second with 4 fish weighing 10.63 lbs and Fred Raby took third with 4 fish weighing 9.39 lbs.
Day one big-fish went to Rich Cornelius, with 5.32 lbs.
Day two big fish went to Mack Cramer with 5.97 lbs.
