OLD BUSINESS:

The club banquet was held at Mosquite Charlie's, it was a lot of fun and the food was good, the top six were recognized for the 2005 season. For those of you who missed the banquet, sure missed out on a good time, maybe next year. Thanks to Fred and Mack for the fun and games. The 2005 Hammer Award went to Cliff Armstrong, way to go Cliff'y. This month's 50/50 went to Chris Malena.
Anyone having any Fund Raiser ideas need to speak up, the more the better. Remember, it all comes back to those who qualify for the Fish-Off. Rich Hardy is our newest member, sponsored by John Kasic.
Welcome to the club Big Man. Ken Repine is interested in joining the Panhandle Bass Club, he fished
with Frank Kelly this month as his guest tournament, Ken is sponsored by Mack Cramer.

NEW BUSINESS:

Our Club had two guests at this months meeting. First, Greg Prince , a representative of Gambler Baits and Second, Ken Howard of Highroller Lures, innovations and adventures. Both Greg and Ken showed us their latest and greatest lures and talked about the when, where, and how usages of several different baits. The top water hard baits and the soft plastics really caught the attention of the club members, they will soon be available at Academy Sports and Outdoors. Check out their merchandise at
www.KEN@HIGHROLLERLURES.COM and at www.Gambler-Bang.com.
All of the baits look good, so take your time checking them out, and place an order, and let your friends know about them also. The Club would like to thank Greg and Ken for their time, we all enjoyed it.
There is no other new business to discuss..

January Tournament:

This months tournament was held on the Ten Saw out of Cliff's Landing, the word of the day was "COLD".
The first couple of hours was miserable, fish-finders freezing up, picking ice out of the rod eyes, trying to tie knots with fingers that have no feeling in them, you get the idea. But hey, ya gotta love it.
Come weigh-in time, it finally warmed up enough to shed some clothing, John Kasic finished first with 9.72,
Rich Renner had the only limit for the day, he took 2nd with 9.40, and Rich Hardy, our newest member took third with 9.10 lbs and big fish for the day weighing in at 4.78 lbs. Good job guys.
