OLD BUSINESS:

The 50/50 draw was won by Rich Cornelius this month. We had a few items up for auction, a tackle box, some Harley Davidson playing cards, and some cooking mitts, all brought in by Wayne and Sarge. Every little bit helps.
Thanks to Wayne and Sarge.
Next month we will be going to Appalachicola, it is time for everyone to check out your equipment, bearings, batteries, tires, etc, etc.
Don't put it off when you can save yourself a lot of trouble later on.

NEW BUSINESS:

This year's nomination committee, headed up by our President, Fred Raby, will be assisted by Billy Blackwell and John Kasic.
Anyone who thinks they may want to hold an E-Board position should contact them.
Any member can run for any position.

August Tournament:

The August tournament was held on the Ten Saw River out of Hubbards landing. The river was stained with an incoming tide and a south wind all day, to say the bite was tough would be an understatement, pathetic more like.

Normally on the Ten Saw, a person can at least get bit by a mud fish or grinnel, but that didn't happen either, other than maybe a couple of people.
Tony Boyett finished first with 5 fish weighing in at 7.11 lbs, good job Tony.
Billy Blackwell had big fish for the tournament at 3.52 lbs, he also took second place with a total of 4.31 lbs.
Mack Cramer finished third with 4 fish weighing 3.20 lbs.
It can only get better next month.

Tournament Standings:
